What is One Indonesia Privilege Guest Loyalty Program?

One Indonesia Privilege Guest is an exclusive reward program for hotel guests managed by One Indonesia Hospitality (“One Indonesia”). Offering members exclusive benefits as well as the possibility to earn One Indonesia Privilege Points from participating hotels. Earned One Indonesia Privilege Points can be redeemed through the member section on www.oneindonesiaprivilege.com at the participating hotels.

How to become a member of One Indonesia Privilege Guest?

Everyone can sign-up to become a One Indonesia Privilege Guest. Either a hotel’s guest or non-hotel guest.

1.     Online Sign-up    

·       Go through www.oneindonesiaprivilege.com and follow the instructions further to complete the sign-up process.

·       New members will receive a notification via email including the welcome message, virtual member card and Member’s ID number.

 

2.              Offline Sign-up   

·       At the Front Office: 

o    Front Office team is mandatory to inform every guest about One Indonesia Privilege Guest program and offered the guest to become a member.

o    Once the guest agrees to become a member, the Front Office team should fill-up the guest profile on Registration Card (RC) and ticking () as a “YES” mark on section question “Loyalty Member?”

o Front Office team input member profile along with mandatory data Member’s Email and Phone Number onto loyalty program backend www.oneindonesiaprivilege.com/admin 

o       New members will receive a notification via email including the welcome message, virtual member card and Member’s ID number.

 

·       At the Restaurant: 

o   F&B team is mandatory to inform every customer about One Indonesia Privilege Guest program and offered the customer to become a member.

o   Once the customer agrees to become a member, the F&B team should ask the customer to fill-up the customer profile on Registration Form.

o   Complete filled-up form by the customer will be collected by the F&B team. 

o   F&B team input member profile along with mandatory data Member’s Email and Phone Number onto loyalty program backend www.oneindonesiaprivilege.com/admin 

o   New members will receive a notification via email including the welcome message, virtual member card and Member’s ID number.

Why the member have to fill in all personal information when submitting the enrolment form?

To ensure that everyone is enjoying One Indonesia Privilege Guest benefits and receive the most updated information from One Indonesia Hospitality as soon as possible, guest must fill in all the information on the online enrolment form. Incomplete enrolment forms cannot be processed and these enrolments will be deemed as unsuccessful.

Does it cost anything to join One Indonesia Privilege Guest?

            No. Everyone can join the program for FREE




How long is the application process?

After you have signed up for One Indonesia Privilege Guest you will instantly receive a confirmation email with your Login ID and you will automatically receive 100 bonus point.

When will I receive my permanent membership card?

You will receive a virtual membership card once you have become an active member by accrual One Indonesia Privilege Guest points on food & beverage or one qualifying stay at any participating hotels managed by One Indonesia Hospitality.

How many levels of membership does One Indonesia Privilege Guest have?

One Indonesia Privilege Guest has 3 membership status levels: Gold, Black and Diamond. Gold status is automatically allocated when first joining the programme

What are the different membership status levels in One Indonesia Privilege Guest?

·       Gold - For all newly signed-up members; no minimum number of One Indonesia Privilege Guest Points required.

·       Black Will be given for members when they have earned 5,000 One Indonesia Privilege Guest Points.

·       Diamond - Will be given for members when they have earned 10,000 One Indonesia Privilege Guest Points

I have upgraded to a new membership tier. When will I receive my new membership status?

You will receive a new membership status in approximately 7 days after you have been upgraded to a new membership tier.

How to maintain the remaining status level?

Members will stay in the same status level with the following conditions:

 

·       One Indonesia Privilege Guest Diamond Members

To maintain status as a One Indonesia Privilege Guest Diamond, Member’s should earned minimum 5,000 points or have had minimum qualifying transaction at Rp 25,000,000,- (before tax & services) within 12 months since becoming or renewal the status as a One Indonesia Privilege Guest Diamond Members. 

 

Points earned from the previous year or previous status level are not eligible to be accumulated, but it’s still valid and can be redeemed for rewards voucher. 

 

·       One Indonesia Privilege Guest Black Card Members downgrade to Gold

To maintain status as a One Indonesia Privilege Guest Black Card, Member’s should earned minimum 2,500 points or have had qualifying transaction at Rp 12,500,000,- (before tax & services) within 12 months since becoming or renewal the status as a One Indonesia Privilege Guest Black Card Members. 

 

Points earned from the previous year or previous status level are not eligible to be accumulated, but it’s still valid and can be redeemed for rewards voucher. 

 

·       One Indonesia Privilege Guest Gold Maintain Remaining Status

No minimum points or transaction to maintain status as a One Indonesia Privilege Guest Gold. Except for members inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months, the membership will terminate and the remaining points are not valid anymore. 

Can my One Indonesia Privilege Guest membership be terminated?

One Indonesia Privilege Guest membership may be terminated at any time and without notification under the following conditions:

·       Incorrect data at registration

·       Misuse of point accrual and redemption

·       Resignation of the member in writing

·       Members who are inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months.

 

Any unused points in the account of a One Indonesia Privilege Guest member whose membership is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions will be nullified and will not be eligible for redemption.

How many One Indonesia Privilege Guest points do I earn when I stay at a participating One Indonesia Hospitality?

You will earn 1 One Indonesia Privilege Guest points for every IDR 5.000 you spend in our hotels and restaurants

Can I enrol other people into my One Indonesia Privilege Guest membership?

One Indonesia Privilege Guest membership is awarded on an individual basis. Joint accounts and multiple enrolments by a single person are not allowed.

Can I enrol for more than one membership for One Indonesia Privilege Guest?

One Indonesia Privilege Guest membership is awarded on an individual basis. One Citizen Identification Card is for one account One Indonesia Privilege Guest membership. 

Can I earn the point if I book by OTA (Online Travel Agent) ?

No. Points awarding only valid for individual-booking by phone, email, walk-in and book directly on the Brand.com www.oneindonesia.com

How do I check my One Indonesia Privilege Guest Points balance, transactions and redemption?

You can find all your One Indonesia Privilege Guest Points details when you log in to One Indonesia Privilege Guest website at www.oneindonesiaprivilege.com

 

What if I can’t remember my password or login ID?

How can I claim missing One Indonesia Privilege points?

You can claim missing One Indonesia Privilege points for qualifying hotel stay transactions at the One Indonesia Privilege Guest website by completing the "Claim Missing Points/Miles request form". 

What transaction can be converted into points?

·       Accommodation/Rooms Transaction

·       Food & Beverages Transaction at Restaurant, Outlet, Room Service or In-Room Delivery

·       Individual Social Events Transaction except for Wedding Event

What type of redemption I can redeem my points with?


Type of redemption rewards that members be able to redeem : 

·       F&B value voucher at the hotel

·       Free stay voucher at the hotel (accommodation) 

·       Merchandises

·       Other available product and services.

How to redeem the points into redemption reward voucher/s?

·       Members can redeem the redemption rewards online at the One Indonesia Privilege Guest website www.oneindonesiaprivilege.com 

·       Members will receive the redemption rewards in the form of the online voucher with unique numbers/codes through email. 

·       A confirmation email with a redemption reward voucher reference number will be sent to Member after the completion of the redemption

How to use a redemption reward voucher/s?

The usage of redemption reward voucher will follow the terms and conditions of each voucher.

Subject to availability. Advance reservation is required.

The redemption reward voucher utilization cannot be combined with:

a.               Other vouchers

b.              Other ongoing promotion

Guest must show a valid member’s ID number upon using the voucher at the front office or at the restaurant.
